technology, import/export, transportation, oil and gas, trade, commerce, and industrial
operations. We also specialize in business support and training/skill development,
ensuring that every venture we touch reaches its full potential
1.2 PURPOSE & SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services
(“www.agrosocialnetwork.com”). They set forth your rights and obligations as a user and
outline the standards we require to maintain a secure, respectful, and legally compliant
platform.
The Agreements include terms regarding future changes to the Agreements,
membership details, limitations of liability, privacy and data protection, and dispute
resolution. If you wish to review the terms of the Agreements, the current effective

By signing up you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements,
accept these Agreements, and agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree with (or
cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you may not use the Company’s (Agrosocial
Network International Limited) service or access any content.
In order to use the Agrosocial Network service and access any Content, you need to
(1) Assure us you meet the privacy and data protection requirements, and
(2) Have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so
under any applicable laws.
These Terms (formerly known as the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities) make up
the entire agreement between you and ASNIL Platforms, Inc. regarding your use of our

can show you ads that we think may be relevant to you and your interests. We use your
personal data to help determine which personalized ads to show you. We don’t sell your

“CK3Ps” means Crypto-Farmers Key Performance Points Program
“CK3Ps-manager” referred as the subscribers that have activities their affiliate
accounts and that are manager of their own business project.
“CF-KPP-managers” –referred as the managers of a unit consortium and consortium
projects.
“User” – means a User of the Company Platform.
“CF-KPP- Reward” or “Kpps reward” – means reward payable rewards.
“CF-KPP-manager” is subscribers who have an affiliate account
“Referral Code” – shall mean the CF-KPP-managers invitation link use by CK3Psmanager

“Referral Code” – shall mean the CF-KPP-managers invitation link use by CK3Psmanager

program to support the CF-KPP managers and CK3Ps Managers to be able to become

network, by building a mutually beneficial ecosystem and by providing a holistic
ecosystem of support – financial incentives, networking opportunities, affiliate marketing
opportunities, educational resources, and a supportive community

We employ artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies to enhance user
experience, ensure platform security, and support community development.

USER REGISTRATION, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, AND SECURITY
4.1 REGISTRATION PROCESS AND ELIGIBILITY

entities may create an Account on ASNIL.
4.2 KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) REQUIREMENTS

4.3 ACCOUNT SECURITY AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

iii. By providing your account credentials, the same name that you use in everyday life
and the name must match the same name use for your national identity registration

v. Not share your password, your account credentials, or to give access to your
Agrosocial account to others, or transfer your account to anyone else.
4.4 PROVISIONS FOR UNDERAGE OR MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
i. Owing multiple accounts is not allow, create only one account (to yourself) and
use it for personal purposes only.
ii. Subscribers below 18 years old are not allowed to own an adult account.
iii. Children account registration must be done, in the children porter with the help and
support of your parents or guidance.

COMMUNITY AND REFERRAL PROGRAMS
5.1 REFERRAL CODE AND INVITATION MECHANISM
THE COMMUNITY:
A community is made of people living in the same area; or group of people that live
together in a certain place or settlement. The Agrosocial online community is the same as
the AGROSOCIAL NETWORK FARMERS COOPERATIVE SOCIETY in the same
ecosystem. The aims and objectives of these E-group/ E-forum is to enable the member’s
to achieve a common goal and to help each other, to grow and succeed in the Agrosocial
ECommunity or Ecosystem. Users can invite others by using their unique referral codes
The first level of a standard group is the Consortium Eco-Unit and it is made of 11,
CK3Ps Managers and a CF-KPP manager. All the members of the group must be
managers of their individual Farmzy projects; the leader of the group is a CF-KPP
Manager and three principle managers that will support manage the affairs of the group.
The CF-KPP manager supervises the affairs of all the CK3Ps Managers and activities
of the group. Therefore, every CK3Ps Managers is expected to abide with the rules.
The group representing us must have up to twelve members including the CF-KPP
manager, but not less than ten people in a group. Therefore, by using our platform, you
agree to be part of the Agrosocial network global community whereby the participant can
represent the organizations at their regions. This term state that all the participant or
members must comply with our guidelines.
Each members of the group shall collectively contribute to each other’s growths and
earning of Kpp in their respective ecosystem. Each members of the group shall pick a
number in form of lot casting. The members shall donate some certain amount of Kpps
periodically (on monthly bases) or any other arrangement deem fit by the group managers.
The donation shall base on the number arrangement picked by each of the members (from
one to twelve) and these donation, shall be in a rotational format, from number one and
the next until twelve. The circle of rotation of the numbers must be completed, before
another donation is set.

across ecosystem efficiently. We also use sophisticated technology to help more people
connect with their family and friends. In addition, we collaborate with organizations that

supportive community project, the Users earn KPPS (digital reward points), which can be
redeemed or converted as specified. Under these terms, you can only receive Kpp reward
based on the quality of your contents by getting likes on the things you share and post.
Therefore, by this term that you agree to follow others member post and to support them
with likes so that, they can partake and so benefit in the Kpps share prosperities.
ii. BONUSES
You earn 2kpps as direct Referrers bonus from the user who activate his/her affiliate
account by using your referee code, and 5% as direct bonus from any CK3Ps Managers
or CF-PPPs Managers who have a new project setup by using your referee code. You
can earn bonus of KPPS (digital reward points) in their platform base on your activity
and performance in their group, the digital reward points deem fit by the management of
the said group. There is no limit to the number of new CK3Ps Managers that you can
invite, and therefore, no limit for the referral reward.
iii. KPPS PAYMENT
The Asnil-proChats platform facilitates profit generation through the earning of Kpps
(key performance points), enabling business expansion and job creation. The earning of
Kpps acts as both a financial incentive and a measure of success within the platform’s
ecosystem. This robust networking aspect fosters a supportive community, allowing
members to collectively contribute to solutions and navigate the challenges of running a
business. To support the ecosystem, you shall accept the use of kpps as a financial
incentive and a measure of your success in this ecosystem. You shall accept the use of
Kpps for trade and barter for goods and services, as to send your Kpps for payment
within the ecosystem. That during such transactions, you shall notified the ASNIL admin
for verification before commencement.
Furthermore, every participant shall comply with this rule before buying, selling or
exchanging their Kpps to any items or its money equivalent. And because of the traffic
that may occur during the setup of new business, or during time of converting your Kpps
to a farm or business venture or any related project, that you agree to waits for your time,
so that Asnil to invite you for such conversion.

may only purchase products from the farmers and community members on ASNIL
market place if they feel safe and secure. We shall work hard to maintain the security
(including the authenticity, availability, integrity, and confidentiality) of the Products and
services. Our doors are open to welcome volunteers, partners, external service providers,
government bodies and relevant entities are willing be part of our dedicated teams around
the world. We shall work as a team to develop advanced technical systems to detect
potential exploitation of Kpps, Services and Products, and to eradicate unsafe conduct
towards the members and others in the ecosystem We are at alert to respond to user

6.3 PERMISSIONS TO USE, EDIT, OR DELETE CONTENT:

account without our permission. Receiving permission to create a new account is

you agree to this above terms.
COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP
1) The subscriber, director and intending member, who meets all the membership
requirements, is qualified as a member of the ecosystem, and can partake in the
activities of the organizations, also must comply with the term and conditions of the
organization.

Termination of Community Membership
Membership of the Organization shall terminate either by:
i. Death;
ii. Permanent insanity;
iii. He/she that refuses to meet membership requirements and the financial
development supports.
iv. He/she engages in any act capable of bringing bad reputation to the organization
and the Organization /general community.
v. He/she that frequent absent from meetings without authentic or genuine reasons.
vi. He/she that refuses to do membership KYC.

viii. Expulsion by two-third (2/3) majority of the General Meeting of members

The members or the subscribers shall notify the appropriate authority, ASNIL and the
member of its official managing body and/or other administrative bodies and/or its
shareholders on a sanctions list published by the United Nations Security Council, United
State of America, the EU, AU and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. without delay and on
its own initiative if an event occurs that results in the of such third parties, The member
and the subscribers shall notify ASNIL without delay and of its own decision of any
violation of the provisions of the present section ASNIL’s rights of these Terms and
Conditions. Agrosocial Network will process Customer Data in accordance with
Customer’s instructions (which are confirmed via email in case of custom processing or
via Agrosocial Network platform functionality) to provide user profiling, scoring and
segmentation services to optimize and improve marketing and operations by providing
forecasts, insights and analytical dashboards.

and restrict you from using our Company services and products, and we may permanently
disable or delete your account. If you repeatedly violet or contravene other people’s
intellectual property rights. We may disable or delete your account if after the registration

12.2 ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION PROCEDURES
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without prior notice.
Termination does not relieve users of any accrued obligations.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ASNIL. If any provision is
deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
12.3 ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY
This document constitutes the full and complete agreement between the parties involved,
superseding any previous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written
or oral, related to the subject matter herein. Each party acknowledges that no
representations, inducements, promises, or agreements, oral or written, have been made
by any party or anyone acting on behalf of a party, which are not embodied in this
agreement.
In the event that any provision, or part of any provision, of this agreement is found to be
invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision
shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and
enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision
shall be deemed deleted, and the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force
and effect.
12.4 ASSIGNMENT AND NOTICES
Users may not assign these Terms without our consent. All notices shall be sent to the
contact details provided herein. Regular review and updates ensure that these Terms
